You get a full refund if you cancel 24 hours or more before 12:00 PM on your arrival date.

There is no refund if you cancel within 24 hours of check-in, for no-shows, or when check-in is refused because an adult guest could not show valid ID.

Every adult guest must show a valid, original photo ID at check-in. Check-in will be refused without it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method you paid with.

Check-in is 12:00 PM IST and check-out is 10:00 AM IST.
